Our Tool Day at Terry’s Electric Inc. was a great success and another example of the company’s continued investment in our employees and the future of our workforce.

The day started with free breakfast, coffee, and mini donuts as our team gathered to connect with vendors, explore new products, and enjoy time together outside of the jobsite. A special thank you to Traveling Tom’s Coffee and Nono Mini Donuts for helping fuel the event.

One of the highlights of Tool Day was giving employees the opportunity to purchase tools and equipment at a discounted rate, with Terry’s Electric helping cover a portion of the cost. This program helps ensure our team has access to quality tools while supporting them both professionally and personally in the field.

Employees also had the opportunity to see live demonstrations, ask questions directly to vendors, and learn about the latest innovations in tools, safety gear, and jobsite technology.

At Terry’s Electric, we believe investing in our employees is one of the most important things we can do. Tool Day is more than just an event — it’s about supporting our team, strengthening relationships, and continuing to build a culture focused on safety, quality, and growth.
