With 234 high-tech guest rooms, The Wave Hotel stands proudly as the world’s most technologically advanced hotel. Featuring 150,000 square feet self-tinting View smart glass windows and state-of-the-art smart room technology controls. The project involved the installation of 7,470 light fixtures, 283 pieces of switchgear, and 9,611 lighting control components.
The project required a staggering 225 miles of wire and fiber cable, a testament to the intricate network supporting its cutting-edge features. The foundation of The Wave Hotel, both figuratively and literally, rests upon 325,000 cubic yards of concrete, ensuring its stability and grandeur.
