About the Project

The Rosen College of Hospitality Management Renovation modernized key areas within one of the nation’s leading hospitality education facilities. This extensive interior renovation focused on enhancing the student experience through upgraded classrooms, collaborative study environments, centralized student services, faculty workspaces, and refreshed learning areas designed to support the next generation of hospitality professionals. The project transformed approximately 78,000 square feet of the existing 159,000-square-foot campus while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that Rosen College is known for. The renovation creates flexible, technology-driven spaces that promote collaboration, innovation, and real-world learning opportunities for students preparing for careers in the hospitality industry.
