The Florida League of Cities has embarked on a major expansion of its downtown Orlando campus, replacing its former 10,500-square-foot headquarters with a modern four-story, 47,000-square-foot office building — accompanied by a three-story parking garage with capacity for approximately 220 vehicles.
As the selected electrical contractor for this project, our team provided the electrical infrastructure and systems for both the office facility and the adjacent parking structure. Our responsibilities encompassed power distribution, wiring, conduit installation, lighting systems, and coordination with all other trades to ensure seamless integration across the campus.
By delivering the electrical systems for both office and parking components, we helped bring to life a facility that substantially enhances FLC’s operational capacity and supports its growth trajectory. The new headquarters not only provides a significant upgrade in usable office space but also replaces an old surface parking lot with a structured, secure garage — improving both functionality and site density.
